I am passionate about bringing beauty, health, and joy to others.  With expertise in both healthcare and fitness, combined with a deep commitment to self-care, I'm able to offer a uniquely holistic range of services that nourish the body,  mind, and spirit.

With 20 years of nursing experience, I  have dedicated my career to various specialties, including  women's health, emergency care, and end-of-life support.  My journey in fitness spans over a decade as a dedicated coach and nutrition advocate, and I've been a certified Muay Thai kickboxing  instructor for 6 years.  I bring  my passion for  health and wellness into the  beauty industry as a licensed esthetician, specializing in skincare, lashes, and brows, with a focus on helping clients look and feel their best. 

Over the years, I have pursued numerous personal and professional challenges that showcase my dedication to health, fitness, and self-discipline. Highlights include:

• Completing countless half-marathons and two full marathons.
• Participating in multiple sprint triathlons, demonstrating versatility and endurance.
• Placing in the top 5 in three all-natural bodybuilding competitions, celebrating strength and natural aesthetics.
